Returns/Exchanges for Online Purchases - Navi Bracelets

At Navi Bracelets, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of shipment for a full refund of the product price. Please note that shipping, handling, or customization charges are non-refundable.

To Qualify for a Refund:

1. The product must be in its original, unused condition, with its original packaging, tags, and invoice intact.
2. Refunds will be processed only upon receipt of the returned product at our warehouse.
3. Once approved, refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Refund Timeline:

• Online Payment Refunds: The refund will be processed within 15 working days from the date we receive the returned item(s).
• Credit Card Refunds: Refunds will be credited to the card used for the purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the amount to reflect on your statement.
